mature seeds
Usually they change from green to brown and finally dark-brown or black in corlor when mature. Also seeds should be frozen or dried and cured before germination.
It is best to keep seeds on buds until they are fully mature,dark-brown or black. I hope someone would give you some details on how to dry and cure your seeds properly.
