I have one thing to say if there was no law enforcement out there how would they stop all teh rapist and murders out there? Though i do disagree with some laws out there without the law this world would be one bigg riot.And suburban white kids? wtf we dont choose where we live im sorry im parents are wealthy and went to collage and got a good job to support there family.
