CFL Grow - Need CFL/Grow Experts! BOBBONG??!

i have no idea what i have..... its not a cfl from a hardware store, i bought it from a grow shop with its shade with it and that. But i got have idea what its giving out.... check the ghetto grow thread [link in first post] i think maye i posted a picture of the while set up...
