need knowledge on drug testing

dd ok everybody im new to this site. i just got out of a locked down unit of drug rehab. im supposed to be getting u/ad regularly but ive been back for at least 2 weeks now and no u/a. well if i fail another u/a im more than likely going to a detention center until im 19 ( a lil over a year). i smoked a bowl of some pretty good shit last weekend. i know it wasnt KB but it fucked me up more than herb usually does. anyways, i also took about 2 hits from resin last weekend also. my homeboy told me to take 12 500 mg pills of niacin every 8 hrs and drink a shit load of water and i been doing that like the past day or so and been pissing alot. does anybody know how long THC would stay in my system if i smoked say 2 bowls of swagg or puck every weekend if i took big rips and held it in as long as i could?? does anybody know if the detox shit at GNC actually works?? does anybody have anymore suggestions of how i can get it out of my system faster??(im kinda broke now after i bought the niacin) i know working out until im sweating like hell helps too, i learned that in rehab. and does anybody hav any suggestions of what i should do or how i should hide my smoking so i can pass a u/a?? i mean, i really want to smoke, im a true pothead. it calms me down and makes my problems a hell of a lot easier to deal with, but i dont want to get locked up again for over a year. and does anybody know how to pass home kits, cuz my mom told me last night that she got 1 at walmart so she can test me whenever she feels like it. i would REALLY appreciate your knowledge if someone could help me out. thanx and SMOKE UP!!!!!

only take like 3 niacin everyday, excersise a lot everyday, drink lost of water, cranberry juice and green tea (like arizona tea) u should be straight
