first, i figured it'd be good to point out basic psychology as a retort. u know, you perceive the world from the inside out. whatever youre composed of puts that kind of spin on what you perceive. that, in essence you were the one that was "gay" for that being your first reaction. I`m no goth either nor will I ever be , an personally I can`t fuckin stand them, but thats my impression of them as a group , not as individuals . I just find that they`re mostly middle class sad fuckers with mothers an fathers that are too busy to notice that they`re children are startin to look like Bela Legosi an cryin out for attention . But at the end of the day the`yre just kids and I`m usually too stoned to give a fuck, as long as none of mine dont feel they need to go all Bela Bela on me. and besides wearing what they want and not giving a fuck is hardly a new concept, can`t really be bothered with this "we want to be different" pish. IS THAT RIGHT??? well buy a yellow t-shirt and don`t dye your hair pink! Adult goths are different though, its a lifestyle choice , I know punks that still dress like the way they did 30 years ago, same thing, lifestyle choice, but the kids??? full of pish and i feel sorry for them
