Nochowderforyou Reviewed by Nochowderforyou on . cigarette high OK i don't know what this is really, i have tried it before and i dont think it really does anything, maybe not i dunno, but here it goes: You take a cigarette and hold the filter between your ring and middle finger, the filter should be right down in the web between ur fingers. ok so then you make ur hand into a circle kinda to create a space, an air pocket, and use ur other hand to close the space on the back and then u put ur mouth up to the whole made with ur thumb and pointer finger.
