Well, I'm a smoker, and I never 'shake'. I get grouchy if I go a day without, though.

As for the buzz, you don't need any fancy hand maneuvers to pull it off. Just smoke the cigarette and inhale. I'm not trying to glorify tobacco, because I know it's a horrible habit, but the buzz is great. It's very relaxing and intense in the beginning, has amazing psychological effects (think everything is okay) and overall just feels nice. The buzz does eventually get lighter and lighter if you become a heavy smoker, until one day it's gone. Addiction isn't worth it, but there's no harm in the occasional cigarette if you can control yourself.
lateralus Reviewed by lateralus on . cigarette high OK i don't know what this is really, i have tried it before and i dont think it really does anything, maybe not i dunno, but here it goes: You take a cigarette and hold the filter between your ring and middle finger, the filter should be right down in the web between ur fingers. ok so then you make ur hand into a circle kinda to create a space, an air pocket, and use ur other hand to close the space on the back and then u put ur mouth up to the whole made with ur thumb and pointer finger.
