Well, I'm a smoker, and I never 'shake'. I get grouchy if I go a day without, though.

As for the buzz, you don't need any fancy hand maneuvers to pull it off. Just smoke the cigarette and inhale. I'm not trying to glorify tobacco, because I know it's a horrible habit, but the buzz is great. It's very relaxing and intense in the beginning, has amazing psychological effects (think everything is okay) and overall just feels nice. The buzz does eventually get lighter and lighter if you become a heavy smoker, until one day it's gone. Addiction isn't worth it, but there's no harm in the occasional cigarette if you can control yourself.
