Go deeper.. follow your breath.. this could take up to ten minutes... just 10 minutes of self awareness.. that is all you need to get a glimpse of freedom... you can be free.. let go of your thoughts of death and your definition of freedom... let everything go.. forget your name.. and travel inwards to the place of absolute power and absolute freedom..

if only you would take ten minutes to breath and watch your thoughts..
