Peanuts?

In the anarchist's cookbook, it says you can get a few lbs of peanuts (whole peanuts), and remove the shells, and grind up the skins that are inbetween the shell and nuts, and roll em up and smoke em. it says you get fucked up. this guy is very good on explosives (my father was a weapons and demolitions expert in the marines, he even says so) and i was wondering if this thing about the peanuts was true, and if so, what the high/trip is like or similar to. thanks in advance!!
