scallies, as we call them in merseyside are indeed a nationwide problem in the uk, i myself have been threatened with my life by said 'people' .
unfortunately theres not much you can do, given there usual numbers...(scallies never travel alone as they are cowards)
my best solution is to use scallies to fill in the holes in the road..
