weed is not in any way toxic, let alone intoxicating.

the desire to get high is a given, but ther eare no adverse effects, it does not affect the human body in any way negatively, and IF it does, there are counteractants within the drug that either eliminate any health threats involved, or they are too minor a threat to even be considered a threat in the first place.
