I am going to order 5MEO-AMT instead of the DMT about 100mg of it how much is that? also how much would i take to get a nice experience and how much would be to the point of no return? how would i measure it out?

5-MeO-AMT Dosage

There is very little data about appropriate dosages for 5-MeO-AMT. Following are approximate dosages based on TiHKAL commentaries and a small number of experience reports. 5-MeO-AMT is generally available in powder form, but we are also aware of pressed tablets (rare), and liquid (dissolved in water and/or alcohol).

Body weight, gender, and individual sensitivities can greatly effect experiential effects. Some report that females seem generally more sensitive, by body weight, than males.

Oral 5-MeO-AMT Dosages
Threshold .5-1.0 mg
Light 1 - 3 mg
Common 2 - 6 mg
Strong 4 - 10 mg
Heavy 6 - 15 mg

Onset : 30 - 90 minutes
Duration : 8 - 12 hours
Normal After Effects : up to 12 additional hours

There have been a number of reported negative reactions and some reports of hospitalizations after taking 5-MeO-AMT.




i think you should have a scale which can measure it out, the doses are very small and would be hard (potetially deadly if you fuck up) to divide up doses w/ just your eyes.

You could pour all the 5-MEO-AMT into 100ml of liquid of your choice, hard alcohol would be the best storage. It would equal out to 1mg=1ml. You have to remember even with the liquid, it's still an estimate, but less of a risk than eyeing out. I would take 10 mg first, take it real easy, you are going to vomit your ass off, that's a given. But once you get past the pains in your stomach, it would be a very intense trip. But be careful, this stuff is potent!

Vomitting isn't a given. I've taken 5-meo-amt on three different occasions, all estimated doses. One time I took way too much even and put myself in a world o insanity for a good 10 hours before i figured out what was going on. Never puked though. Gave a small dose to my girlfriend, who felt ill, but also never puked. Mom flushed the rest down the toilet when i made her give me her xanax, toilet never puked.

Don't tell people they're guaranteed to puke, suggestion is a powerful thing.

100mg in a 50ml bottle of everclear (the little tiny ones) would be 2mg per ml. This of course requires a way to measure milliliters (syringe works great), but you should at least get a pair of those cheap little plastic coke scales to make sure your 100 mgs is that, RC companies are notorious for misweighing. I had a horrible experience at 12 mg, friends enjoyed at 6. People either love 5meo-amt or hate it. If you (like me) are one of the latter, do not let it sour you on all RC's, 2C-X or 4oh-X stuff is COMEPLETLY different.
