results inconclusive?

so the problem is you have a strong irritation...stop for a while even after it stopped hurting...like a month or something (i am not an expert, it's only logical stuff) because the irritation doesn't leave really fast...drink shit load of water also and milk...you know some stuff smooth for the throat like honey... than try to smoke but not a lot, you won't need a lot anyway after a month!!!

Now one thing you might consider (and i know you may not consider it as you might be older than me but) is when you smoke you give your mind a gift...try to balance by giving your body some gift too!! Maybe your doing it already but not enough!

For myself, if you want an exemple, during the day i only drink water and when i smoke also (sometimes a beer won't do no harm!! )..I only drink juices or sodas in the evening and even then...I exercise when i can, but i always have time to drink water and that is good for the throat as i have a tendency to irritate easily...I drink a cofee only once in a while to get my bronchi (not sure of that word) dilated and clear up the bad in it by breathing more...

So one last tip, listen to what body has to say and if you dont understand it, write to me!!
