With the knowledge that it could and would cause genetic mutations to those that came in contact with it,- which was, anyone on the ground below where the navy war planes dropped it- it was disperssed all over parts of Japan. And because of our governments neglegence... thousands of children being born TODAY suffer from the famed "Agent Orange" and it's horrifying effects on human DNA. Heard of the Tuskeegee Experiments? Thats where they purposely administered A.I.D.S. to black people which could of been any other ethnic group. Also project MK-Ultra where over 30 universities and institutions were involved in an 'extensive testing and experimentation' program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign, adminstering acid to normal civilians of all ethnic & age groups.
