With the knowledge that it could and would cause genetic mutations to those that came in contact with it,- which was, anyone on the ground below where the navy war planes dropped it- it was disperssed all over parts of Japan. And because of our governments neglegence... thousands of children being born TODAY suffer from the famed "Agent Orange" and it's horrifying effects on human DNA.
