What do you consider a 'Stoner'?

I was walking down the hall to 2nd period when I realized that I had no clue what I consider a stoner to be after a day of thinking I came to my final answer I think a stoner is somebody who knows what there doing and talking about.. as long as you know what your talking about and smoke at least once a week I'd look at you as a stoner.

So this brings me to the point of my thread... What do you consider a 'Stoner'?

I consider being a stoner to be a bad thing. A stoner is the kid/guy at school/work that everyday has blood shot, half open eyes and just sits all day not doing any work and his only care is when his next high will be (IMO). Kind of like a crackhead compared to a crack user.
