I was walking down the hall to 2nd period when I realized that I had no clue what I consider a stoner to be after a day of thinking I came to my final answer I think a stoner is somebody who knows what there doing and talking about.. as long as you know what your talking about and smoke at least once a week I'd look at you as a stoner.
