What do you consider a 'Stoner'?

I consider a stoner, is someone who smoked a decent amount each day, who has that long greasey hair that looks like you could scrape pot resin from and smoke it and get blazed.

You know that kid that always sat in the back of the class and giggled randomly at his own jokes while hiding bloodshot, chinky eyes behind too long hair? that is a stoner. haha. maybe. and many others. but that seemed like an adequate description for the moment.
