I can't even find a logical explanation for opening some local forums and leave them unmoderated.

In Turkey local forums, because of a "registered" scammer "l330" (6 nicks he had before, were banned), all the forum is now destroyed.

He was also banned (several nicks again) from overgrow edge forums:

(after he was banned, all his messages were deleted(as it should be); but the nicks&pics remain. You may see "esrabalamir", same as one of his former nicks in cannabis.com)

By the way, I have to admit that overgrow was just successful about sending him away, because they only had "Overgrow Europe" forum for moderation, and they were deleting the messages the scammer wrote, after banning.

I gave information, started topics, and tried to start some questioning. But he still has his last nick and he still swears to families of the users saying he's a shame to Turkey.

Nowadays, nobody comes and says something about any subject. Because the local forum is just full of bad language and nonsense of this asshole. It's very obvious that you even don't have to know Turkish, to see it is the same person you banned several times. By the way; because I'm the reason he was revealed as a scammer and banned, the majority of the swears are to me!!

I find it obviously improper to open a forum and leave it to its destiny. These kind of losers will surely come and destroy the forum, for which I spent time for informing Turkish people about cannabis.

This can't be a helpless situation. If any of you know a way, please share!!!
