Local Forums without Moderation!!!

I can't even find a logical explanation for opening some local forums and leave them unmoderated.

In Turkey local forums, because of a "registered" scammer "l330" (6 nicks he had before, were banned), all the forum is now destroyed.

He was also banned (several nicks again) from overgrow edge forums:

(after he was banned, all his messages were deleted(as it should be); but the nicks&pics remain. You may see "esrabalamir", same as one of his former nicks in cannabis.com)

By the way, I have to admit that overgrow was just successful about sending him away, because they only had "Overgrow Europe" forum for moderation, and they were deleting the messages the scammer wrote, after banning.

I gave information, started topics, and tried to start some questioning. But he still has his last nick and he still swears to families of the users saying he's a shame to Turkey.

Nowadays, nobody comes and says something about any subject. Because the local forum is just full of bad language and nonsense of this asshole. It's very obvious that you even don't have to know Turkish, to see it is the same person you banned several times. By the way; because I'm the reason he was revealed as a scammer and banned, the majority of the swears are to me!!

I find it obviously improper to open a forum and leave it to its destiny. These kind of losers will surely come and destroy the forum, for which I spent time for informing Turkish people about cannabis.

This can't be a helpless situation. If any of you know a way, please share!!!

Perhaps it would be a good idea to appoint local people to moderate those forums. I've read a lot of that stuff (well, the English stuff ) and I know how annoying it has been for you guys. Hopefully Ron will help you find a solution.

And the thread he linked, is the one he opened after my effort to reveal his nicks to the public as a scammer. Cheap...

I hear people in my Turkish forum website (some directed by my signature), saying they are irritated by this guy too. But somebody saying the truth, just triggers the kid to swear to the family unconsciously. People just don't post anymore.

I'm just trying to update the important posts, to keep people informed. And everytime I post some information, he starts to say nothing but swears.

He is a loser, and has nothing to do. I really hope someone finds a solution too.

Consider yourselves as lucky, I don't think you have a pain in the ass like this...

He always uses all these racist expressions as well... And the fact that i'm not a Kurdish (and never said so too), makes all these racist hysterias worse. He just uses a race's name as a swear!!

I opened this thread with some "real" hope, but I couldn't even have a decent answer or solution yet. Nobody seems to care...

I'm just saying that: let's be fair. It can be understood even without translation. But if a mod finds someone, who knows Turkish; it'd be much more easier...

I recently understood that, another account was his too. Now he's just cursing me with two nicks. I'll reveal the last one (as a scammer) to protect others, but the shame fact is that the Turkey forum is destroyed by two nicks now.

They are harvesting email addresses from new members on the forum only to contact them and scam them. WHY NO OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO THIS THREAD?
