Who or what-is the Other ?

Sometimes..it's good to fear the Truth and Reality..especially if that 'Truth and Reality',is formulated by us imperfect humans..who only have 5 senses to percieve Reality..it's been said "the Truth shall set you free"..as for Reality..it's created anew, with each and every moment.

By all means,FLESH,please inform me of what you percieve to be the Truth..and the Reality that you speak of..help me to see the world through yer eyes..make me a believer of this Truth and Reality, that you speak of.

Have a good one ....
Torog, I'm just happy to see that some people here know how to debate without resorting to personal attacks...

BTW, when I say The Other, I mean the other person, the person you don't know, in this case people of other religions.

I think the core of the problem lies in the fact that you view humans as imperfect, and that we're sinners from the start. Why does that have to be? Why have I done personally that makes me forever a sinner, imperfect? To an extent, yes, Truth and Reality are based on our 5 senses, because in the end that's all we have to interact with our Universe.

As far as what Truth and Reality really are, well, philosophers have been trying to figure this one for almost 3,000 years, and I don't feel qualified to answer that for you But what I can say is that to me, believing in any sort of religion that has a deity, rules that go against human nature, and creeds that say that humans are automatically sinners and naturally imperfect, is not only wrong, it's detrimental to world-wide society.
