hey dave, im heading to costa rica and was wondering if you could enlighten me as to what the situation with herb is down there. you said in your message that it isn't very good, which is disappointing. are the laws strict about posession and all that? im assuming not, but i still wanted to check it out. and what city is your tour company based out of? i might want to check that out...
