its a shut off valve, I can put the cap on the top, plug the carb, and close that valve and the thing is water tight. The good thing about it is it can travel with water in it

So I ran to the hardware store and spent about 8 bucks on parts to make this little guy... btw I don't even drink. just like the bottle hahah.
