first time user

I took a few hits(maybe 3 or 4) for the first time ever last week. Approximately how long will it stay in my system? Im about 5'10" 150lbs. i just found out i might have a pre-employment drug screen next week so im really worried. ive already been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice and taking Centrum multivitamins. anything else i could do?

i might have to give a hair sample. will it show up in my hair?? just my luck....the first time i decide to try it and i have to go take a drug test.

There is a thread on here posted by a guy that gives instructions how to clean out your hair just in case, never hurts to do what you can. Search around for it he said he uses it all the times and it works.

i know im being paranoid....but i really dont want to fail a drug test and lose this job just cause i smoked once!! there really isnt much information online about first time smokers. what i understand for hair samples they clip only like 3/4" of hair, so will that be "clean" hair?? the only reason i ask is that the hair cleaning methods discussed on these boards seem a bit harsh and if i really dont need to do that i would like to avoid it.
