    is this normal

I am a first time grower, so i need some help. i germinated these and planted them around late May early June. at first i had them in a pot in the middle of a field but they kept getting eat up by rabbits so i moved them and put them in separate pots about 3 weeks ago. when i first moved them the shot up like a rocket in about a week. but then they stopped growing. i haven't really noticed a difference in the past week or so and its kinda getting me worried. ive never let the soil dry (i water them about once every 3 or 4 days if it dosnt rain), ive only used miracle gro once (not much) because they started to turn a little yellow so i figured they needed nitrogen (its the only thing i got and i heard that helps) one or two of the leafs have been eat up a little by bugs, that's about the only form of abuse i can think of that has happened to them. so is this normal or am i just being to impashent? these pics i posted they look like there really yellow but my camera is crappy and sun was shining on them. oh yeah and where i have them they get light from about 11 or 12 to about 4 or 5 (i think). if anyone can tell me if im doing anything wrong let me know. i would really like my first grow to be successful, even if they arnt females i would still use them for tea or something. any help would be greatly appreciated. if these pics dont help i will try and post better ones tomorrow if the rents go to work. *i dont think the pics got posted on there my pc is crappy so give me a min and i will try and repost em.
