why would they object? well lets see. the oil industry, the government and its ties to the oil industry, the companies themselves and the oil industry. the profit from the oil industry.

If this car got out, people would buy one, and never need to buy another. no more loads of profit for the companies...

and yes... the water fuel cell is a fraud... but i know how to make a car run on water. but i cant tell until i get a patent, so sorry
