If I'm not mistaken, that was pure and unadulterated urban folklore. This story has been around a long time and has included every drug under the sun but I admit I don't remember seeing it pop up with MJ in the story. It was alwaly meth or ecstasy or even prescription anti-depressants, ritalin, and acutane.

At least, I hope it was urban folklore.
