Your plants are probably NOT going to make it for 3 weeks without water. Especially while flowering. Even if you make the dirt like quicksand before you leave. Sorry bro but you need to find a way to get her water or I'm afraid she'll be brown and dry by the time you get back. You could try taking a bucket or 3 liter bottle and making a slow drip system for your plants. That's what I would do. You could use aquarium air line tubing and the gang valve for the airlines in aquariums. Run one hose to each plant base and open it up so only a drip is coming out every few seconds. You would have to seal the lines to the bottom of the bucket or bottle very well and make sure you have a big enough resevior to last for 3 weeks.
You run the risk of your seal not holding and water running all over the place but If you placed a bigger bucket right below it you could minimize the risk. Also, this should be obvious, but the resevior needs to be higher then the lines to the plant.
This may not work (lines get clogged, etc) but at least this way theyll have a chance.

They are looking very good and trichomes are just about there. Go to radioshack and get a hand held microscope 10 bucks. The white crystals ( trichomes) are turning from clear to cloudy. When they pass cloudy they turn amber. When mostly all are cloudy it's time. That is peak the rest will turn during drying. If you let them go into amber they are past prime but stoneyer. However the stone doesn''t last as long. It's a choice of just a little stoneyer or how long it last. Amber starts to break down into canabanoides which gives a different type of buzz. They look sweet, good luck. Let us know when there dry and we'll be there to test some. LOL. I'll bring some of mine for you to test.
