its easy to stop if you want to(well from what ive experienced) ive stopped before for a couple of months for exams etc, once the first weeks over its nothing at all.
although the only way to stop the temptation is to replace the times youd be smoking with something more constructive, i recommend exercise(but i never ever do this lol no matter how much i want to) so its really up to you.
also what job needs you to stop smoking?
