It's the respect of the woman. Or respect of women.

Your Mother WILL save you. And that's what you have to believe in.

Belief is different than worship.

If God saves us, we (as an entirety) will still be doubtful.

Correct! but when the scriptures talk about fearing the Lord they do not mean fear the lord because of his rath lol,perhaps the old testement spoke that way but Christ himself by all means spoke of only Love! no rath.....

To fear the lord is to truly fear not having him in your life! for example David begged the Holy spirit not to leave him! he feared being without Christ!.....so fear not having the lord and not his rath!.......

that is not fear, that is love and respect, know the difference.

im not afraid of the lord not being in MY life, i can hold my own if something more important might come up, but i have faith that even in the event, i wont be left in the cold; im afraid that the lord is going to leave others.

He also cursed out a tree because it wouldnt bear fruit for him (despite being out of season....) I guess basic biology or even a farmers knowledge is below a god figures.....

Actually Jesus never came to enforce the old testement but came to bring in the new testement! he spoke highly of the old testement but spent much of his time correcting the old prophets,he would only stand behind the truth and change the scriptures of the old,he said I leave unto you a new covedent!...in with the new and out with the old!.............................as far as the Lord and the tree goes is true the Lord used the tree as a pure metaphor for even the laymen to understand I guess you missed it lol......same thing when one of the old prophets wrestled with the lord on through the night not knowing it was Christ but when the sun came up Christ was the one the old prophet seen who was wrestling with him all night!.....other words the old prophet struggled with god within him and evil the good side would not let go of his innerness and when the next day came the man seen the truth! which was christ!.............he never actually wrestled christ all through the night lol..........if you responded to my post to be little Christ or me for believeing you have responed to the wrong person! because my faith is beyond your agnostic or atheist view! Ive been around your block once or twice ......So if you want to deny Christ go ahead youl'l only deny yourself and the price he paid for you......godbless..........

Jesus criticizes the Jews for not killing their disobedient children according to Old Testament law. Mark 7:9


A few other things about Jesus:

Jesus says that those who have been less fortunate in this life will have it even worse in the life to come. Mark 4:25

Jesus sends the devils into 2000 pigs, causing them to jump off a cliff and be drowned in the sea. Clearly Jesus could have simply sent the devils out, yet he chose instead to place them into pigs and kill them. This is called animal abuse. Mark 5:12-13

Jesus kills a fig tree for not bearing figs, even though it was out of season. Jesus must not be as smart as Christians would have us believe, for he was retarded enough to do something this silly. Youâ??d think the son of god (god incarnate) would know that trees donâ??t bear fruit in dry season. Mark 11:13

Luke 12:47 Jesus okays beating slaves.

â??For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass the law until all is accomplished. Whoever then relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but he who does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.â?� (Matthew 5:18-19 RSV) Clearly the Old Testament is to be abided by until the end of human existence itself. None other then Jesus said so.

If thats not sufficient theres many more . Sorry Jesus doesnt sound like a very nice guy at all. Thanks. Loved that cop out that its a metaphor, whatever doesnt fit a christian's views (or hurts his faith) is a metaphor well everything else is to be taken literally.....sorry its all or none man.
