fortunately, none of their measures will actually make people grow less weed in their community. prohibition by nature does not work.

good story tho, funky. got any pics of the wreck?

The landlord is using the fire safety bylaws to make the inspections. I would not like it if I were living there but I can certainly understand the position he is in. He just lost out big and is looking for any way to avoid it. An inspection every 3 months would prevent growers in his properties.

I imagine that once he has done a few and gets complaints from tennants about the hassle he might not continue it, or just use it until he has a feel for the tennants. My guess is that it wont be a long term thing, more of a panic measure.
It is however a measure being endorsed by the association of police chiefs.
No I dont have any pics. When we went in to asess damage and make a work plan it was all just filthy , and some holes smashed for the vents room to room, window damage etc. The real damage will happen when we start ripping shit out next week. Maybe I can sneak my little cam in then for a few shots. I know they took extensive pics while we were there though I cant get my hands on them. Its a part time gig for me for extra cash and Im low man on that totem pole.
