zless, I was reading the thread and the whole time I just kept wondering--did you get any clones out. At first I thot, ah, ya gotta get the clones before it flowers, but some say it doesn't matter. But, you can't screw with mother nature, it might make it hermi or something.

I have great friends at MSU, a friend is a Prof there and I can't think of her last name, dah! Her sister is my best friend in the whole world too! So, laid back, even compared to people here in Cali. I wanna go visit there and so some stuff and see it all. Hope you all in college do it while you are there. Oh, my friends 2 sons went to MSU, both on the football team. Said, football is a hard way to get a scholarship--a lot of extra work! They are very successful men and you are using a product right now, most likely one of them is a mucky muck in! P/R

Hey all Montanans. I have been a patient for not too long but have learned a large amount of knowledge. It is very hard to believe that care-takers are chargeing patients $300-450 per ounce. These are not care-takers they have just become legal dope dealers. What a shame. And to do this to sick terminally ill patients. A care-taker should pay the patient to become the tender and caretaker of six marijuana plants. Then charge the patient a reasonable fee for growing thier medicine, $150-200. That is if the patient cannot grow for them selves. A patient can legally grow 12 plants. He is the patient and the care-taker registered on the back of the registration card. Be aware of care-takers that have excess of 100 patients. He is not a care-taker. He is just a thug taking advantage of the Montana Laws as they are today. All Patients can STOP this from happening if we all stick together. The goal is for a medical patient to find some form of relief to their sickness. Not to rip them off and grow good weed for themselves. Besides the Montana State Law does not allow the care-taker to consume the product. If this was inforced there would be less greedy care-takers.
    Montana Lets talk about this.

Most care givers in the state I know are willing to work with their customers needs.. I agree anything much over 300$ is a bit excessive but, depending on the quality, strain (yeild and grow time) and cost of growing (nutrients, electricity.. etc.), to grow top shelf bud takes time, and definantly can be a full time job.. if you just want some one to throw a plant out side and check on it every once in a while then you might be able to pay around 150$, but I don't think that anyone can afford to grow a top quality sativa that takes 4 months to crop and only yeilds a few ounces indoors and sell it for much less than 250$, this has just been my expierience..

We're talking about medicinal quality here, not stuff you get on the street. It's expensive to grow.....a QUALITY caregiver with QUALITY medicine is not a back alley person and doesn't have that kind of medicine. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

Caregivers are not large pharmaceutical companies and cannot afford to cultivate medicine and give it away. Caregivers never charge what pharmaceutical companies do. Medical cannibis doesn't have the side effects that pharmaceuticals do either, we all know that. Caregiver medicine should never be low quality and it should always be portioned into the amount the patient desires, unlike back alley stuff that rarely is the amount it's supposed to be.

Given those facts....I'd pay for medicinal marijuana, hands down.

    Peace,
    B.
