anyway this is what you do.

you said that you read the conversation so that must mean that she was smart enough to keep it (very good)

I assume that this is a kid (under 18)

Get his phone number, if he was a friend of hers she sould have no problem finding it.

Then you have a few options:

1. Than what she needs to do is called his parents and tell them what happened tell them that she would be glad to e-mail the converation to them...tell them that if they do not take care of the situation than you will involve the police....(trust me they will freak the fuck out)....even better would be to have her parents call his parents...if she doesn't want to get HER parents involved thats fine but it would work better this way....it doesn't even matter if they believe her or not.....parents understand the seriousness of such a claim true or not.....and he will be lucky to see the light of day again....they will watch him like a fucking hawk.

2. Call the police (not where you live but where HE lives) tell them your story and ask them to just go have a conversation with his parents.....if they start to give you the blow off mention that your next phone call is to THEIR (not yours) local paper and mention the local paper by name don't just say your local paper. Again this type of call would be better handled by her parents but whatever.....if the police say that they will talk to his parents..make sure you call back and follow up...(when you call them first time make sure you get the name of the officer you talked to)

Don't do the ass kicken thing unless he actually shows up...which if you do option 1-2 correctly that won't happen.....his parents will go out of their minds.
