Why don't you just ask a minor to walk for you? The charges for a minor is so little, just hire a kid from the HS, don't tell him/her your name, and pay him/her like $200/lb he/she carries... lol

Except for California, the only thing you'll see at the "borders" is a "Welcome to..." sign. There isn't any customs or body cavity searches when you go from Nebraska to Colorado. Depending on where you enter Cali, however, there are agricultural checkpoints because they don't want you bringing in any plant material. All this will be is some guy saying "do you have any fruits, vegs, or plants" and as long as you don't say you've got a couple of ounces he'll wave you through. Your biggest concern will be some backwater hick cop with nothing better to do than to hassle some strangers in town. Just be cool though and you shouldn't have any problems.
