Look over in the lounge for a more balanced pro-cannabis post from beachguyinthongs. He quotes more complete findings.

I have to say that anyone who has to be convinced that inhaling smoke is more stressful on the lungs than not inhaling smoke either has never smoked anything themselves, or... Be well. Go forth and spread ignorance veiled as propaganda veiled as insight.

...and my lungs are just fine thank you. I vaporize.
No that is a great argument on cannabinoid being a + over bad health condition...So the question was answered...if you exercise and blaze you will get no harm from blazing, truely, i've tested over a period of 5 years now...My health is my number one concern, why am i smoking? It changes nothing to it's condition...It doesn't enhance it, it just changes nothing as long as you keep on moving, exercising, taking "shower of steam", walking outdoors...So don't get upset upon people when they post something that is maybe not true, instead pull out some facts (please not something in a newspaper) from your personnal live and we will listen to you...If you start arguing with argument that has no foundation, then just don't say nothing and listen to others...

Peace out
daves19 Reviewed by daves19 on . exercise and ganj. ive recently started working out alot more. i smoke probably 3 or 4 bowls a day. so far i havent noticed any extreme shortness of breath or anything extreme, but if i continue working out at this pace, is weed going to slow me down or stop me?
