I have smoked pot for 3 years or so, everyday, 3 or 4 bowls a day, quit drinking and all other drugs over 2 years ago, and am in the best shape of my life at 24 with 8 percent body fat.

To anyone who says Smoking ganja will get you out of shape, and fat and lazy..its un true, government propaganda like DAIMA said.
1234abcd Reviewed by 1234abcd on . exercise and ganj. ive recently started working out alot more. i smoke probably 3 or 4 bowls a day. so far i havent noticed any extreme shortness of breath or anything extreme, but if i continue working out at this pace, is weed going to slow me down or stop me? I use a waterbong which helps a little, but i know it isnt candycanes and lollipops that im putting in my lungs. do you think itll become an issue? Rating: 5
