ya the smoke can't be beneficial to your health, but if you were to vaporize or cook with cannabis, im sure you wouldn't notice ill effects.
mike jones Reviewed by mike jones on . exercise and ganj. ive recently started working out alot more. i smoke probably 3 or 4 bowls a day. so far i havent noticed any extreme shortness of breath or anything extreme, but if i continue working out at this pace, is weed going to slow me down or stop me? I use a waterbong which helps a little, but i know it isnt candycanes and lollipops that im putting in my lungs. do you think itll become an issue? Rating: 5
