ive recently started working out alot more.
i smoke probably 3 or 4 bowls a day.
so far i havent noticed any extreme shortness of breath or anything extreme, but if i continue working out at this pace, is weed going to slow me down or stop me? cannabis is one of natures best lung expectorants. Any pollution in your lungs caused by dust, air pollution, tobacco, or phlegm, will be ejected with a hit or two of good cannabis. Many marathon runners will use cannabis for this purpose.

I am doing the same thing and if you continue to exercise, you won't suffer from lung problem or heart pressure or whatever...Smoking pot and exercising is the best thing to do for health!! you will maybe rise your lung capacity a lil slower, and progress a lil slower but you will never lose what you've earned...
Keep up the exercise, it's with that kind of attitude we'll get pot legalised! :dance:

It's smoke, people. A pollyanna-ish promotion of cannabis is less convincing than an honest approach including positive and negative aspects. I don't claim any level of expertise on the matter, but often what I see posted on this forum is overly zealous and misleading.

ya the smoke can't be beneficial to your health, but if you were to vaporize or cook with cannabis, im sure you wouldn't notice ill effects.

I smoke mass weed like hour sessions, then i go eat. I was talkinto my friends dad who is a doctor and he said is u go sit in a steam room it totally purifies your lungs like it was as if u never smoked at all

we have heard the negatives about cannabis for 7 decades now in america. It's nice to read the views of those who actually use the plant and share their experience.
Not enough drugwar propaganda gore for you? By mixing in lies we have been told that may give one a "negative"opinion about it isnt something i want to see in my recipe.
If you have some FACTUAL negatives that you would like to share then you should post them forall to read. If you want to question the "positive" experience we all seem to have(unless its being arrested), that seems like paranoia on your part.

I have smoked pot for 3 years or so, everyday, 3 or 4 bowls a day, quit drinking and all other drugs over 2 years ago, and am in the best shape of my life at 24 with 8 percent body fat.
To anyone who says Smoking ganja will get you out of shape, and fat and lazy..its un true, government propaganda like DAIMA said.:rasta: :stoned:
