Police Helicopters..

Recently ive been seeing and hearing police helicopters fly over my house, im assuming they are police helicopters because of the red and blue lights..and I was wondering if they could some how use infared to see my closet grow, all im using is a 600watt..and they just flew over, its dawn right now..should i be concerned?? kinda trippin me out..

police helicopters wouldnt have red and blue lights, and if Im correct, alot of Aircraft have red lights on the underside of them.
