Depends I throw most of them in the trash but if I get some bomb ass weed and a big stem I sometimes chew on them you gatta try it it tastes pretty good.

Actually, if you put your stems through a grinder, you can get a substantial amount of kief off of them. If you save up stems from an O, for instance, you get enough kief to thoroughly enhance a bowl, if not constitute a bowl in and of itself.
