I'm from Motherwell mate, I know exactly what you mean about the complete lies that get told about weed in this not so great nation of ours.

I've been smoking weed for 10 years now and I'm not addicted to anything and niether has it made me go mental as others claim too.

I have tried other harder drugs e and coke but I never feel that irresistible urge to keep on going ,I can take them or leave them.

I think addiction is entierly linked to your own personality, not weed.

Well done for coming off the crap scobbie, must have been incredibly hard, I've seen so many of my friends fall down that hole and never get back out.
