And don't think you are out of the woods yet, women can have their period for months into a pregnancy and she could very well be pregnant now. If you have unprotected sex, or a condom break then call the local health department and ask for a morning after pill prescription. It is just one pill she can take 24-48 hours after unprotected sex, it floods her with hormones and makes a period start. It is about 95% effective and at $30 is a fuck of a lot cheaper than any of the alternatives.
You should also know that one in five people you meet has herpes, and many people with herpes do not know they even have it. Some people are born with it and it can be caught very easily from casual contact. If you have unprotected sex you will get it in no time. There is no cure.

See with girls and their period they become extra fertial. So a few days before their cycle till the end of their cycle they have a higher chance of getting pregnant. They can get pregnant at any time of the month but the chances are not as high. So you lucked out by not getting her pregnant while she was on her cycle.

No use worrying about it. From now on use a condom, in a month if you're sick of worrying, buy a 7 dollar pregnancy test at wal greens, watch it test negative, and stop messing up.

If you're both std free, try the sponges they sell for like 15 dollars for a 12 pack. They let you have sex without the rubbery desentization of a condom. Much better experience and almost as effective. Just doesn't do anything for sex diseases.

As for those of you who told him to quit having sex because he's not ready....
