work out like hell, not just weights but RUNNING. Do this for the first 5 or 6 days. The last few days eat large and drink larger, water, tea or even beer. The night before drink like a fish (no alcohol of course even though I usually do, I dont think they test for it and it would have to be serious hangover to still show up). The morning of, piss at least once and drink 1 or 2 beverages, preferably sugary, vitamin stuff like an energy drink or power aid.
