A psychotropic drug or other agent; adj. Having an altering effect on perception, emotion, or behavior. Used especially of a drug." I believe cocaine qualifies as a psychotropic. Besides, if people can discuss vile subtances such as alcohol on Cannabis.com (in the lounge no ness) than cocaine should not be exempt.
