I think it's a cool idea. I'd like to go if only once and get one of the judges passes. I smoke a lot but I can't imagine smoking that much herb in that short of a time frame.

I don't know how you would be able to tell one type from the other after the first few samples.

Yeah, exactly. I read something about it earlier this year and apparently you have to really use self control and only sample a bit from each strain so you can feel the effects but not be falling over yourself. It still would really depend on your tolerance though.

Yup, that's right. I, myself have never had the pleasure (yet) of going to a Cannabis Cup, but I have read many reviews on it.

When they judge, they only have 1 or 2 hoots from a joint, then pass it down the line, so everyone gets a small taste. Fuck that, give me the whole fucking joint!

I think its a good idea...i love to go aswell, it would be cool, possibly better if it was over a week and you just smoked different strains each day....only thats not going to happen.

But i think its a pretty cool idea.

When I was in Amsterdam this summer, I spoke to a few locals about the CC.
They all agreed it was nothing but a popularity contest amongst the coffeeshops. And the judges were usually biased towards one or two shops.

Even still,,,I'd love to sample all that lovely fare.

Myself i ahavent had the Pleasure of going but i have been to Holland, and boy is that my Cloud 9, i would go back in a heartbeat
