A few questions its says vulnerable young people, what do they class as vulnerable? A history of mental illness?

Also the article says adolescent. What is classed as adolescent? I am 18 does that mean I am still adolescent?

WHat is classed as "heavy use"? Everyday? Couple of times aweek?

I'd say heavy use would be smoking like a gram a day maybe. I'd also like to know the answers to the other questions.

I think what they mean as "vunerable", is a young, teenage mind, is not fully developed yet, and maybe smoking MJ, which does slow down the brain cells, interupts the final growth stages of the young mind. It may interupt the growth process of the mind, and maybe that warp your brain, or "twist", mix things up in a young persons head.

That's what I think anyways.

Well, if weed influences your mind, any government influences it TWICE as much by telling shit, wether it's true or not. Imo you should continue smoking as long as you have a good feeling about it, and you shouldn't stop because of a dumb-ass reason given by an article or a person, only because of a reason you personally feel.
