pH 6.2 - 6.5 for soil... Anyway, pH 5.2 would not kill your seeds. Don't worry, just wait and see what is going on.

If you soaked the soil to much your seeds may have rotted in the water but wait a few days like the post above said and see what happens it can take a couple of weeks for some seeds to sprout!
