I think Egold is very secure and safe however it is a bit of a pain in the ass to fund the account especially with a credit card. Be vary careful about who you use to fund the account since there are a lot of scam types out there. Be aware that the value of the account is directly tied to the price of gold and therefore can go up or down based on that value. At least I think that's how it works.
