as of now it is not illegal to have or receive seeds in the post in the uk but on the 23 jan 2005 the honerable wanker of an MP from govan glasgow also an ex QC mr gordon jackson will be making a proposal in parliment to make it illegal to receive or send cannabis seeds in royal mail and if passed if suspected of or proven to commit this offence it will give police the power to look in to your finances and recover any proceeds of crime fuckin cunt a member of his crowd is a experianced grower and is well pissed with him.
